Great experience renting with Ernesto! He's very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I ran into some issues during my trip, he was able to help me out on short notice, which gave me lots of peace of mind for the remainder of the trip. Muy buena experiencia desde el momento de hacer la reserva y despues durante nuestro viaje por la isla sur. La van estaba en buen estado y los dueños muy atentos en todo momento. No tuvimos ningun problema, nos brindaron varios consejos de qué hacer y dónde ir que nos fueron de gran utilidad durante nuestra estadía en Nueva Zelanda. Recomendado!

My girlfriend and I rented the Toyota Princess Voxy Van for a two weeks trip through the two islands. The van was really reliable, and we managed to do more than 4000 km without a single problem. Every forniture was really smart, intuitive and perfectly suited. The most impressive part of this rental experience was Ernesto, our contact. He is a really kind man who was always ready to answer questions and to assist us when necessary. I could say this was the best customer care I ever had in a rental. Very recommended!

Great rental experience. Ernesto was very helpful and responded quickly when we were deciding to rent the van and during the rental. The vehicle was perfect for our trip and had the basic necessities to get us on the road. Van was reliable. They added a bike rack for my mountain bike which was very appreciated. I’d highly recommend renting from Campervanz and Ernesto’s team! We had an amazing trip to New Zealand
