Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is our cancellation policy for all Campervanz Rentals bookings:

Standard Bookings

• More than 30 days before pickup: Full refund, minus a NZ administration fee.
• 15–30 days before pickup: 50% refund of total hire fee.
• 7–14 days before pickup: 25% refund of total hire fee.
• Less than 7 days before pickup: No refund.

In exceptional circumstances — serious illness, bereavement, natural disaster — please contact us directly via WhatsApp. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a fair solution.

Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before pickup.

Changes to Your Booking

Date changes are free of charge if made more than 14 days before pickup, subject to availability. Changes within 14 days may incur a NZ administration fee.
